Dear User,
On September 01, 2009 we will be upgrading our services with Vodafone. This process will be seamless for the vast majority of our users. Should you have any difficulties connecting with your device following this date please try the following:

 
Pocketsurfer
Try to connect again without shutting off your device.
 
UbiSurfer
Click on ‘OK’ when prompted to try again. Repeat if necessary.
Once successfully connected the new connection information will be saved by the device.
 
If you are using a Pocketsurfer and are still not able to connect please try the following:

Hold 'shift' and press 'esc'.
Click in APN box until a cursor appears.
Type 'datawind.vodafone.uk' in the box.
Please insure all other boxes are empty.
Click 'Apply' and then 'OK'.

 

Try to connect again.
